Who writes this
I'm Zakaria, and I write Roamdusk from Morocco.
Roamdusk started in 2026 out of one frustration. Most travel guides tell you where to go, but not when to go or what the trip will really cost. Every guide here is built around those two questions: the best months and the ones to avoid, the real costs, and how long it actually takes to get between places.
Morocco is home, so it is where the site began, and it is the place I can speak about with the most confidence. From there the guides reach out to the places travellers ask me about most, from small towns on the Rhine to cliff walks in southern Spain.
Guides are built from official sources: tourist boards, rail and ferry operators, opening hours and published prices. When something changes, the guide is updated and the date at the top changes with it. If you find something out of date, tell me and I will fix it.
Some links on the site earn a small commission, and that never decides what a guide recommends.
